HomeNest-operated and partner centres across Accra. We publish our staff-to-child ratios, monitor them live throughout the day, and send you a daily report with photos so you know how your child actually spent their morning.
Ratios below are the staffing we commit to, monitored automatically every five minutes during opening hours. If a room goes out of ratio, the centre manager is alerted immediately.

East Legon
Our flagship centre, purpose-built with four age-banded rooms, a shaded outdoor play area and a full kitchen. Ratios published daily and monitored every five minutes.

Structured around the six Early Childhood Care and Development domains used across Ghana, so what your child does at HomeNest lines up with what they will need at school.
7:00 – 8:30. Check-in by QR code or PIN at the door, a temperature and wellbeing check, then settling in with familiar toys while the room fills up.
8:30 – 10:00. Songs and stories in English and Twi, counting, letters, and age-appropriate group activities. Observations recorded against ECCD domains as staff notice them.
10:00 – 11:30. A cooked snack, then outdoor gross-motor play. Every serving is logged against each child’s allergy profile before it is given.
11:30 – 14:00. A hot Ghanaian lunch, then a supervised nap or quiet time. Sleep start and end are logged so you can see it in your report.
14:00 – 17:30. Art, music, water play or reading. Pickup only by an adult on your authorized list, checked against their photo and ID.
