HomeNest Child Care provides trusted, nurturing and reliable in-home child care — caring for children in the comfort of their own homes, where the surroundings and routines are already familiar. Alongside that we place vetted nannies, run daycare, and cover the evenings when plans change.
At HomeNest Child Care, we create a nurturing and joyful environment where children learn, explore, and thrive through play, laughter, and movement — encouraging every giggle, every wiggle, and every step of their development, while offering reliable and compassionate care that supports families in their daily lives.
Our vision is to bring nurturing, joyful care into every home we serve — creating a safe space where children can learn, laugh, and grow, and where families feel supported every step of the way.

At the heart of HomeNest is something very simple: my genuine love for children.
Long before this became a business, caring for children has always been a natural part of who I am. I began looking after my very first set of children at just 9 years old — twin girls, Emily and Emma, when they were less than a year old. Today they are growing into young women, and that journey has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Over the years I have had the privilege of caring for many children at different stages, from newborns just a day old to toddlers and older children. From feeding and bathing to creating safe, nurturing routines, these experiences have shaped my understanding of what it truly means to care for a child with patience, attentiveness and love.
To me, every child deserves to feel safe, valued and deeply cared for. I approach each child as though they were my own, ensuring they receive the highest level of attention, warmth and respect in every moment.
My inspiration also comes from my mother, whose strength and dedication raised me into the woman I am today. Watching her nurture me with unwavering love instilled in me the values that now guide HomeNest — integrity, discipline, compassion, and genuine care.
Alongside my passion for childcare, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Business Management) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and I have professional experience in both e-commerce and real estate. These experiences have shaped my professionalism, structure, and commitment to excellence in everything I do.
HomeNest Child Care was created from a place of purpose: to provide families with trusted, reliable, and nurturing in-home care that brings peace of mind.
This is more than a service. It is a promise to care, to protect, and to nurture every child entrusted to us.
At HomeNest Child Care, we provide trusted, nurturing, and reliable in-home child care services designed to support both children and families. We care for children in the comfort of their own homes, creating a familiar and safe environment where they can learn, play, and grow with confidence.
Our approach combines warmth, attentiveness, and engaging activities that encourage each child’s development through play, creativity, and joyful interaction. We understand the importance of peace of mind for parents, and we are committed to offering dependable care that supports families in their daily lives.
At HomeNest, every child is cared for with love, patience, and respect — because we believe every home deserves a trusted helping hand.
We are not a listings site that takes a fee and disappears. We are not an algorithm that decides who is trustworthy. And we are not going to tell you a caregiver is guaranteed safe — nobody can honestly say that, and we explain exactly why.
A platform that squeezes caregivers produces the exact outcome families fear: high turnover, resentment, and people who leave without notice. So caregivers keep their salary in full, training is free, payouts land on the same date every month, and there is a grievance route that does not go through the family who employs them.
These four came from Christabelle’s mother, and they are the standard every caregiver on HomeNest is held to.
We say what we have actually checked, and what we have not. No overclaiming about a child’s safety, ever.
Routines kept, times honoured, records written the same day. Consistency is what makes a child feel safe with a new person.
Every child treated as though they were our own — patience first, and warmth even on the difficult afternoons.
Not a service delivered at a household, but a person who is glad to see your child and remembers what they like.
We launched in Accra — East Legon, Cantonments, Airport Residential, Spintex, Labone and Tema — because that is where we can hold the standard we have set. Other cities will follow. We would rather cover six neighbourhoods properly than sixteen badly, and we will always tell you honestly whether we can serve your area.
Let us create a care plan that works perfectly for your family. Tell us what you need, or just ask us a question first.
