Rates below are the caregiver’s hourly rate. A small platform fee is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay — never after.

Date, start and end time, your address, and how many children plus their ages. Takes under a minute.
Only caregivers whose availability actually covers your window, ranked by distance and rating. You pick, or we pick for you if you are in a hurry.
You see the full total — hours, rate, any evening uplift, platform fee — before you pay. MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo or card.
You get a notification with the time she arrived. During the booking she can log meals, naps and anything you should know.
Payment is only released to her after the booking completes and the dispute window closes. If something went wrong, tell us before then.
Mark a booking urgent and we work the phones ourselves rather than waiting for someone to notice the request.
Cancel more than 12 hours ahead and you pay nothing. Inside 12 hours, half the first hour goes to the caregiver who turned other work down.
Pay per booking. There is no membership fee and no charge for having an account.
Both you and the caregiver have a one-tap SOS that reaches a real person at HomeNest, with location, immediately.
We hold the deepest bench in East Legon, Cantonments, Airport Residential, Labone, Osu and Spintex, and can usually cover Tema and Adenta with a little notice. If we cannot reach you well, we will say so rather than sending someone on a two-hour tro-tro journey who arrives exhausted.
